General Information Regarding Reserving a Kitten

Finding Purfect Families for our beautiful kittens is a top priority for our family. Because of this we require a application questionnaire /contract with every sell of our kittens. We want to ensure all our babies go to the very best homes and receive the best care at their new homes. 

You will notice that pricing varies on breed/color/pattern of Kittens. Most kittens are sold as PET only. Breeding rights are only offered to registered catteries. No Breeding rights will be offered on High Silver/High Black Smoke Maine Coons. We accept Cash App/ PayPal (Friends and Family). A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a Kitten. 

All Kittens receive their first two vaccinations/deworming/and vet wellness exam. Currently I do not send kittens home altered. A contract is signed stating you will provide proof of spay/neuter before you receive TICA/CFA paperwork. You must wait 6 months before spay/neuter per our contract. Kittens leave my care around 10-16 weeks, comes with their own carrier, treats, food, toys, 12 month health guarantee and free 30 day pet insurance.

Kittens sold as PET only

Kittens sold as PET only will be Spayed/Neuter at 12 weeks of age. The only exception to this if my Vet advises against a specified kitten being neutered at 12 weeks of age. Every Kitten is considered a HEALTHY weight before being altered. If Kitten is not deemed big enough to spay/neuter at 12 weeks a SPAY/NEUTER contract will be signed. Client will agree to spay/neuter at 6 months of age, and once I receive proof of altercation I will send TICA Breeder Slip Registration. If Kitten is being sold with FULL REGISTRATION to an established cattery, they will not be spayed/neutered at 12 weeks. Please see below for information regarding kittens being sold with full registration.  

Kittens sold to Registered Catteries 

We do not sell Breeder Kittens unless you are a registered Cattery. Absolutely no Breeding rights on High Silver Maine Coons. Breeding rights considered for Ragdolls/ Maine Coons. Kittens will be selected by a case by case basis. Breeding rights do cost additional money. Please contact me directly if you're a registered cattery interested in Breeding Rights. 

We cannot guarantee fertility on any kitten purchase for breeding purposes. All our Kings/Queens are tested with Optimal Selection and selected for Optimal Breeding to produce healthy kittens. With this being said, sometimes mother nature has a different course. Any breeder that guarantees fertilely is not being open and honest about the risk we all take as breeders when purchasing a breeder kitten. 

Before Breeder Males leave my care I will check to see if both testicles have dropped. If they have not dropped I will notify buyer ASAP. You can decide at that point if you want to move forward with purchase or select another male when available. 

Payments

We accept PayPal/Cash App/ Venmo/ Zelle. PayPal has a 0.3% fee if you use the business transaction. Plus state taxes at 6%. Because of this I prefer to use Family and Friends through PayPal. There is no fee, and you will not have to pay additional cost. 

A Deposit is required to hold a kitten. $300 Non-Refundable through Zelle/Cash App/Venmo/PayPal.  This balance will be applied to the purchase of your kitten 

The remainder of the balance is due once Kitten is picked up. Cash is preferred, and if you pay through a digital app like Cash App/Venmo/Paypal the payment must be sent 48hrs before pick up to ensure the payment will process. Zelle is an instant payment and can be made the day of pick up. 

I do have a waitlist currently for Ragdolls/Maine Coons/ and High Silver Coons. Sadly, I've had to resort to taking a $50 non-refunable deposit to be put on wait list. I've had too many ask to be put on the wait list and when the times they are no longer interested. The deposit for the wait list is to ensure you're serious. This balance will be applied to the purchase of your kitten. 

Health Guarantee

All our kittens leave here with a Congenital Health Guarantee associated with the breeds Ragdoll/Maine Coons. Kittens are covered from 12 months of signed contract. 

Any Congenital disease specific to the breed Ragdoll/Maine Coon has to be diagnosed by a licensed Veterinarian. Proof must be provided by the licensed Veterinarian to the Breed for a replacement Kitten. If kitten dies from Congenital diseases specific to breed Ragdoll/Maine Coons a necropsy must be performed licensed veterinarian to determined the exact cause of death within 30 days and provided to Breeder.  

Breeder has up to one year to replace the kitten with another kitten of equal value. Breeder has final say on replacement kitten. This health guarantee is void if you do not take the kitten to the vet within 48 hours (Business days) to the vet after receiving kitten, do not provide booster/rabies vaccine by a licensed veterinarian, have kitten spayed/neutered before 6 months of age, and have kitten declawed.

Congenital Diseases covered up to 12 months are: HCM, SMA, PK Deficiency, PRA.  ***NOTE***- All Kings/Queens are tested and screened for congenital diseases, but HCM can develop later in life. Especially in Males. 

Upper Respiratory Infection is also NOT covered under the health guarantee. Kittens/Cats are extremely prone to Respiratory infection. For cats it's like a common cold. When they have a change of environment, moving to new home, or any major stresses in their life it's not uncommon for kittens/cats to develop Respiratory issues. 

Kittens sold with Breeding Rights- This cattery does not guarantee fertilely. There is no way to guarantee this. Mother nature has her own course and we can not alter that. Before sending a male home to a registered cattery I will make sure both testicles are dropped. If both testicles are not dropped I will notify buyer. We do not keep infertile queens/males in our program to ensure that all kittens sold to Registered Catteries have the best chance at producing healthy litters. 

Return Policy

This cattery does not buy back cats/kittens. We do not refund money for any reason. If you are unable to keep kitten/cat please contact me to return cat. We do not want our babies in shelters/rescues. Please make sure you are fully committed before you adopt from our cattery. 

Pick up and Delivery 

We are a closed cattery. So I do not allowed cats to be picked up from my home. I will meet you in a public place of my choosing close to where I live. I'm willing to meet up to a few hours away from my home, but at additional cost. The rate is $50-$75 an hour. Depending on gas cost/tolls. I'm also looking at using a Pet Ground Shipper at additional cost. Normally the rate for this is roughly $400-$600.
